        <h4>Soni Drycleaners Apps – Terms & Conditions</h4>

<p>
          Welcome to the Soni Drycleaners mobile applications, comprising the <strong>Soni Drycleaners (Owner App)</strong> and <strong>Soni Drycleaners (Client App)</strong>. By downloading, accessing, or using either of these applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our apps.
        </p>

<h4>1. Parties and Roles</h4>
        <ul>
          <li><strong>Developer:</strong> These applications are developed, owned, and maintained by <strong>Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation</strong>.</li>
          <li><strong>Service Provider:</strong> The laundry and dry-cleaning services facilitated through these apps are provided solely by <strong>Soni Drycleaners</strong>.</li>
          <li><strong>Users:</strong> This includes both the laundry owners/staff using the Owner App, and the end customers using the Client App.</li>
        </ul>

<h4>2. Intellectual Property and License</h4>
        <p>
          Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the apps, including all source code, designs, user interfaces, and intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the apps for their intended purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the apps.
        </p>

<h4>3. Service Provider Disclaimer (Important)</h4>
        <p>
          Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation is solely the technology provider. We do not own, operate, or manage the physical laundry business. 
        </p>
        <ul>
          <li><strong>Laundry Services:</strong> All laundry, dry-cleaning, pickup, delivery, and garment care services are provided exclusively by Soni Drycleaners.</li>
          <li><strong>Disputes:</strong> Any disputes regarding service quality, damaged or lost garments, pricing, or billing must be resolved directly between the Customer and Soni Drycleaners. Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation is not a party to these disputes and assumes no liability for the actions or omissions of Soni Drycleaners.</li>
        </ul>

<h4>4. User Accounts and Security</h4>
        <p>
          It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this could make your device vulnerable to malware and compromise the app's security features.
        </p>
        <ul>
          <li><strong>Owner App Users:</strong> Laundry owners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for the accuracy of the customer data and billing information they input into the system.</li>
          <li><strong>Client App Users:</strong> Customers must provide accurate contact and location information for bookings. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.</li>
        </ul>

<h4>5. Fees, Billing, and Payments</h4>
        <p>
          The apps facilitate billing, tracking, and payment records between Soni Drycleaners and its customers. Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation does not process laundry payments directly. All financial transactions, billing accuracy, refunds, and pricing policies are the sole responsibility of Soni Drycleaners. 
        </p>
        <p>
          <em>Note: Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation may charge the laundry owner a separate software subscription fee for the use of the Owner App, which will be clearly communicated via a separate agreement.</em>
        </p>

<h4>6. Third-Party Services</h4>
        <p>The apps use third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies. Links to their terms are provided below:</p>

<h4>7. Connectivity and Device Costs</h4>
        <p>
          The apps require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to function. Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your mobile data allowance. If you are using the app over a mobile network, you are responsible for any data charges, including roaming fees, incurred by your network provider.
        </p>

<h4>8. Limitation of Liability</h4>
        <p>
          To the maximum extent permitted by law, Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or any damages resulting from:
        </p>
        <ul>
          <li>Errors, bugs, downtime, or delays in the app.</li>
          <li>Any loss, damage, or delay to garments handled by Soni Drycleaners.</li>
          <li>Unauthorized access to your personal data or account.</li>
          <li>Reliance on any information provided through the app.</li>
        </ul>

<h4>9. Updates and Termination</h4>
        <p>
          We may update the apps periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You may need to accept updates to continue using the app. Randhawa Dynamics Incorporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the apps at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately, and you must stop using it.
        </p>

<h4>10. Changes to These Terms</h4>
        <p>
          We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
        </p>

<h4>11. Governing Law</h4>
        <p>
          These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in <strong>Pune, Maharashtra, India</strong>.
        </p>
